The McCoy Safety Manual is comprised of over 80 documents detailing safety guidelines and procedures for both the office environment and commercial job site. It encompasses everything from Electrical Safety Guidelines, Fall Protection Guidelines, and  Hand Tool Safety  to Environmental & Material Handling Guidelines and Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure. In addition the McCoy program requires on-site Job Safety Analysis  prior to the beginning of any job to evaluate and address any potential hazards at the customer site. Add to this, the McCoy Pre-Trip Vehicle Checklist confirms our commitment to safety at all times.

 

 Our industry recognized program has yielded significant results. Since implementing our comprehensive safety process over 10 years ago, work related injuries have reduced by 57% while actual man hours worked has increased by more than 40%. In addition to the McCoy Safety Manual, this success also due to the implementation of company wide programs such as Safestart, a behavioral safety program, and Smith System, a driver safety program.
