"As an account executive, I am the primary contact with our customers and work to maintain a positive and successful relationship with each one. I am responsible for selling the wide variety of products and services available from McCoy as well as identifying new opportunities, either within existing accounts or new ones. My goal is to make certain our customers are getting the best value and best option for their unique needs."

Design

"As a project designer, I am responsible for the overall planning, design and furnishing of the customer's space. I work frequently with a designer or architect from an A&D firm to assist in the specification of furniture and to provide other product details. Often, I meet with the customer to determine architectural preferences as well as to discuss functional requirements, budget limitations, existing furnishings and aesthetic goals. My goal as a project designer is to help bring the customer's vision to life."

Customer Service

"At McCoy, everyone's #1 job is customer service. As a customer service coordinator, I am 'the glue' that holds all of the elements of a project together. I am responsible for processing quotes, handling any changes, scheduling service work and essentially managing the paperwork for the project. Project Manager

"As a project manager, I am responsible for the successful implementation of the total project. It typically includes verifying product specifications, estimating manpower requirements, managing timelines as well as managing installation teams on the job site. An important element of my job is to successfully work with multiple parties, both internal and external, throughout the course of any given project. My goal is to complete our customer's projects on schedule and under budget."
