At McCoy we understand the challenges our customers face to perform more efficiently and with fewer resources. With our comprehensive offering of E tools we are able to streamline ordering processes, share information and reduce expenses for our customers. Our primary goal with our E tools offering is to make it easy to do business with McCoy.


We provide tools to automate the ordering cycle of furniture and services with McCoy. Utilizing customer standardized product or select vendor catalogs, a website is created where customer shopping is available 24/7. Product cost, quotes, orders, invoices, purchasing statistics, asset management data, shopper history, reports, links to other sites, as well as, standards review are available through our Customer Dynamix portal and Ensync. In addition to shopping for furniture and services, we offer rental product online. Customization capabilities allow us to connect to most procurement systems for seamless one time entry for the customer. Our portal contains a wealth of information which we utilize to keep clients informed of special sales, industry news, ergonomic information, events, announcements, links to other industry related sites and much more.


Ensync helps McCoy enable shopping on the Internet. Catalog content and functionality are customized to meet customer needs.

The catalog is unique to each customer and is built around the individual customer’s office furniture standards or frequently requested service and rental needs. Once the electronic catalog has been created, it’s made available to authorized customer buyers via a web site on the Internet. The buyer selects items to purchase from the catalog and adds them to their shopping cart. If the client is not standardized on product, full catalogs of select vendor product are made available on the web at negotiated pricing.

When finished shopping, the shopper selects a payment option and sends the order. If there is an approval process, the order will be routed to approvers, who can approve, deny or edit the order. Once the order is approved, it is emailed to McCoy with a sif/xml file for import into Hedberg, our operating system. After import, customers can use the inquiry features of Customer Dynamix to check status and view the order. Order status information is available to the shopper 24/7.

For clients simply wanting to place orders without our portal functionality, we offer four catalogs accessible from the McCoy website under E tools. Here you may request rental furniture, service, and shop for Details worktools or Turnstone furniture.

Rather than calling or emailing your sales representative, your standard product and service items are available for viewing and ordering online.

Rather than waiting for a quotation, the pricing is reflected in your online catalog. Your ordering process is built-in to Ensync and the order is automatically sent to McCoy.

Copies of quotes, orders and invoices may be viewed or printed from your site.

The website is secure using SSL and individual page data encryption.

We can integrate with most procurement systems enabling you to key your order only once.

Order acknowledgement online.

Order status online.

Purchasing statistics online.

Information Sharing- because knowledge is power we pass information to clients on subjects relative to the furniture industry. We provide links to vendor sites, drawings, announcements, upcoming events, special sales data and much more.

If you manage assets with McCoy, our ordering system will enable you to make a choice to pull from stock first or order new. In addition, your inventory reports are available online.

Our electronic invoicing capability speeds the cycle time on orders and payment.

EFT (electronic funds transfer) automates the payment process to McCoy thus eliminating accounts payable and closure issues on orders for the client.

Custom report writing-if a client does not wish to utilize any of our predesigned reports; we can build one that satisfies the need
