McCoy installation specialists provide quality installation,
reconfigurations and office moves. Our installation
specialists have the skills and experience needed to
install or reconfigure any manufacturer’s product.
We can handle any size job with the most flexible schedule
to support your needs - from one station to ten floors
of furniture.
Our Quality Program insures that you receive only complete
work-ready installations. We have a three-step Quality
program:
Highly trained personnel; Our installation
crews work hand-in-hand with project managers
and our service department to stay within budget
and minimize downtime.
Detail crews are included on the installation
team to insure that projects are 100% complete,
on time the first time.
Audit teams to insure high quality performance.
Our dispatchers coordinate over 180 installers daily
to various locations around Houston. Project managers
and supervisors, each with an average of 15 to 20 years
of experience, supervise our installation crews. Upon
hiring, each installer works along side a senior supervisor
in a mentoring program for eleven weeks. Training our
installation crews is top priority in order to meet
our customers’ high quality and safety standards.
Our installation teams are drug tested, background checked
and enrolled in a “work safe” training program.
Our safety programs include The Smith System Driving
course, Safestart, safety mechanic procedures and regular
safety meetings to insure that we are safety conscious
at all times.
